Supervision:
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am also a registered clinical supervisor for practicing counsellors and trainees. I have worked in mental health charities, EAP organisations, and the private sector and have lived understanding of safeguarding and risk management within organisational settings. I am also a fully qualified DSL - Safeguarding Lead (Level 3).
As a counselling supervisor, my style is candid, authentic and curious. I strive to compassionately bring attention to areas for growth and improvement through thoughtful observation. My goal is to assist you in reestablishing a connection with your innate resilience, intuition and expertise as you work with your clients.
In my opinion, there are no stupid questions, and a supervisor should be someone who not only empowers you but also ignites a spark of inspiration for the unusual and special work we do. There are no topics I will shy away from, and nothing is off-limits. I believe in creating a space where individuals can explore anything without fear or shame. My goal is to support you in becoming the best you can be, while fostering a sense of curiosity and inspiration in your practice.
