Psychotherapy & Counselling:

I am a friendly, down to earth therapist who adopts a human-to-human approach. I work in a way that is affirming and inclusive of neurodiverse individuals and the LGBTQI+ community. I am wholeheartedly committed to providing affirming, informed support to those navigating issues of gender and sexuality. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where each person's unique experiences are respected and validated, I welcome people of all cultures, sexual orientations and gender identities.

What do you work with?

I specialise in helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, with a particular focus on anxiety-related issues such as GAD, health anxiety, phobias, OCD, and panic disorders. I am a trauma informed therapist, and my expertise extends to addressing the impact of childhood trauma and guiding clients through the complexities of diverse relationships - whether within families, romantic partnerships, sibling dynamics or friendships. I also work with individuals struggling with anger management, stress, self-esteem, and depression, offering tailored strategies to foster emotional resilience, personal growth, and healthier interpersonal connections. I possess a deep understanding of neurodiversity and I have extensive experience working with individuals within this community.

My own journey has not been without it’s struggles, and I understand what  it is like to sit on the other side of the couch. Whatever your reasons are for seeking support, my commitment to you is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can tell your story and together we can work to make sense of it.
